Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific battery models you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original, unopened blister packs or boxes to prevent terminal contact during transit, ensuring all safety standards for electronic components are met.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned power cells, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
